2. Marketing of Rental Properties

We advertise available properties in the MLS, Realtor.com, Craigslist, Tallahassee Democrat, the Gtwo Website and professional signage at the property. We are members of NARPM ( National Association of Residential Property Management), TARPM (Tallahassee Association of Residential Property Management) and TBR (Tallahassee Board of Realtors). Because of the affiliations listed above we have a broad network that allows us to lease properties in a timely and efficient manor.

3. Excellent Property Maintenance

We use experienced, licensed and insured vendors that are able to respond quickly to our tenants’ and owners’ repair and renovation needs. Because of our ongoing relationship with our vendors we are able to monitor their work for our clients as it is completed.

4. Thorough Screening of Tenants

To ensure top-quality tenants, all applicants are thoroughly screened, including their credit history, income verification, rental history and criminal activity.

5. Around the Clock Service

Our property management and maintenance team are available 24 hours a day for addressing emergencies after hours.

6. Computerized Bookkeeping System

With our web based program owners can utilize the owner portal option on our website to get current statements, previous months statements and maintenance bills. We can also email your monthly statement and make deposits for you at your bank of choice.

7. Qualified Staff

We have a qualified, licensed and experienced staff of professionals to provide the highest quality of service to our clients.

8. Availability

Our office is open Monday through Thursday from 9am to 3pm and Friday from 9am to 1pm. We are on call and accessible seven days a week to attend to the needs of our clients, tenants or future tenants.
